"four stars only because I've never had, nor do I think often exists, a five star hit topic. regardless, this is a pretty good hot topic, ive been in a lot of hot topics, and this is among the cleanest and best organized. ample sale section, and the clothes are divided by aesthetics: green and earthly, pink and frills, black and red mall goth, and more traditional emo clothes. their attempts to stop people from stealing are still failing, marked by how many missing earrings you'll see in the accessories, but that doesn't impact my shopping experience. staff are nice, selection is good. tl;dr: one of the better hot topics."

"If it was possible to vote less I would. These people working there are disgusting and unprofessional. They toss x-rated gross comments back and forth in front of kids in there and the manager is a joke. Literally go ANYWHERE else"

"I miss the old Hot Topic. I do like anime merchandise, however we already have many places like that. I miss having a place where I could buy actual 2000's alt clothing. However, here are some things I got from there not too long ago. The Slipknot shirt is alright, but I really enjoy the shorts. Comfortable. I wish they still carried Tripp NYC pants. I totally miss that."
