"I received great customer service and I enjoyed my pedi.Everyone was super friendly. Great experience. I wish I had taken the time to get the manicure. Great color selection. Gel upgrade was only $10. Chair were comfortable and I could have stayed for hours."

"My mother has MS, can't walk or stand, and has tremors. These lady's were amazing. Super sweet and accommodating. She didn't have to leave her mobility chair. They brought a pillow over and everything. Her nails looked great and she was very happy to see her fingers and toes painted professionally. It will match her dress perfectly she is wearing to a dinner. Thank you for everything. You ladies are amazing. 10 stars. One thing I thought of is, not pertaining to this establishment but every establishment is for people in chairs that may want a foot soak have a portable one to plug in. I have never seen one in nail salon, ever. I have been to many. Food for thought for the owners. Still amazing outstanding service. Thank you. No complaints here."

"Great place! I've visited twice now for pedicures. Very clean and spacious. The techs are friendly and courteous. Always asking about your comfort level throughout, going the extra mile making sure water, towels, paraffin wax booties etc aren't too hot for you. The volcanic pedi treatment is AMAZING. Most pampered I've felt in my whole life, well worth the money. Based on my experience and talking with friends who go there, you're better off going during the week when they're not as busy. Sometimes the service suffers a bit if they are busy, but to be fair you can say that about most places."

"I got a full set and a pedicure. Lily did my acrillics and they look AMAZING. I think this is thw best my nails have ever looked! $135 after tips was deffinatly worth it. Also the boy who works at recipeption was amazing. He helped schedule me in, assisted my nail tec so she didnt leave our station for color or anything else. Hes also very cute lol got a great style and clearly cares abot his hair and teeth, smile was extreamly welcoming."

"I’ve been going to t spa and several of their locations MANY years now. Over the course of many years I had one negative experience which I obviously feel great about because this is still my home nail spa. I’ve gotten every service from them you can imagine. And if your like me you want perfect long stilleto or coffin nails, I come here! Now in honesty people are human so depending on which tech you get, some are better than others. I got my lashes done by a girl here b4 too and she did amazing! I’m a professional cosmetologist and I’m very picky on who I go to with salons. This is the crème de La crème of spas. I’m so sad after I move back to Seattle I’ll be too far to regularly alt get my nails done here. You’re in great hands. They do I amazing. And the color selection is like no where else"
