"Called them in the morning, told them my brakes sounded really bad. They said to bring it in and they would get it done that day. They told me if they didn’t have to replace the calipers it would be a lot cheaper. I was expecting that they would tell me they had to replace them since, in my experience, most places just say they need to be replaced. Imagine my surprise when I was told they didn’t have to replace them! I was so happy. I am now a customer for life, when my car needs tires I will definitely be going to s and s tires."

"I went to discount tire with an appointment they were going to make me wait 1 hour and 15 minutes. My sister loves S&S so I gave them a call and the service was unbelievable. Reggie listened to me complain about discount and then immediately got my car in the garage with a smile and he didn’t make me feel like a Karen!!!! 10/10 recommend I will not be going anywhere else!!!"

"I brought my Audi Q5 in this morning to get the passenger rear tire looked at that was flat two mornings in a row this week. They took the car right back and got to inspecting it. 30 minutes later they come back with my keys and tell me what they found and that it was fixed and ready to go. The waiting area had books and crayons for my kid to stay entertained with which was a bonus. I will be back for a new set of tires or any other issues your shop has experience with just from my experience today. It is much appreciated to have such great customer service. I will also be recommending to anyone I know to bring their auto and tire needs here."

"I am so impressed with this company and group of employees!!!! Not only are they’re prices better than what I was finding everywhere else, but they are genuinely nice and have great integrity; They accidentally put the wrong wiper blade on my vehicle and called me to let me know to come back so that they didn’t give a bad blade. They were honest and upfront and not pushy. Everywhere else I went told me I needed extra things like an alignment without even seeing the vehicle. They didn’t even ask for a review!!!! I say this because a lot of companies ask for reviews to get more business. But they genuinely care about the clients, Not just making money.
