"I ordered new rocker panels and I needed them painted and installed and I was told to bring the rocker panels with me so the estimator could take a look at them. The ladies were friendly and helpful over the phone however, the estimator looked surprised and upset that I brought my own parts and said, “that could be a problem.” Then he said “we’ll email you” after taking pictures of my vehicle and it’s been about two weeks and I still haven’t received anything. I had a bad feeling about the estimator, so I contacted another shop the next day and they got the job done in a few days at a great price, before DRIVEN could even send me a quote. DRIVEN has a nice shop and I’m sure they do good work, however, the estimator may have realized that they wouldn’t make as much money off of me when I brought my own parts and stopped caring to help me. I don’t recommend this shop for small jobs and you’re probably better off going through your insurance company so your agent can follow up with you and fight for you by holding the estimators accountable and keeping them on their toes."
"I am very satisfied with driven collision! It was quick to get my car in with no hesitation given it was a stolen Hyundai. They answered the phone every single time I called. I think the girl I spoke to many times is named Ashley. She was very caring and helpful explaining everything. The paperwork was fast and straight forward. Hannah Smith was very nice, straight forward, and thorough with explaining how the process works. She is smart and very accurate and I appreciate that."
"From the moment I walked into Driven someone was waiting for the key to my car with a smile on his face. My 4Runner gets trashed by three small boys who play all the sports, long road trips, snacks in the car.. we are really the complete package. When Alicia told me they do full exterior/interior details at Driven I was so relieved to know my car would be in good hands. I knew the outcome would be awesome because my car was in rough shape, but I had no idea how fantastic it would actually be. I am beyond thankful for the customer service and the results of how amazing my car looks. Thank you driven and ceramic pro for detailing the three small humans out of my car. You’d never know I have kids!"
"The repair process took 5 months, I first received my car 4 months in, only to find out they missed $4,200 in damage after bringing it back to them due to noises coming from the rear. The paint on the front bumper was also VERY off, which they agreed to respray. A month later I pick up my car again and find that it’s now making a noise from the front (I found the issue myself and it was that the front control arm bolt was only threaded in and not tightened, which is a pretty big safety concern). The front bumper still doesn’t match (also doesn’t really line up properly) and is very noticeably off color (which their rep. agreed to seeing when I brought it back to talk to them about the mis-match/control arm noise). This time they wanted to blend my factory hood/fenders to match the incorrect color (which they insist is correct), but I wasn’t comfortable with that since it would just leave me with a 2 tone car still. They then agreed to respray the front bumper again, this time wanting to tint the clear coat with yellow to adjust the color, but I haven’t heard back from them since asking what their availability looked like (it’s been over a week at this point). Pros: they have friendly customer service reps. and a nice, modern facility. Cons: appear to lack commitment to customer satisfaction, their paint matching is basically non-existent, communication degrades the longer they have your vehicle, no one walks your car with you to explain what was done to it and check the quality of work when picking your vehicle up, and be prepared to have return visits to solve issues they missed."
