"This area has opportunities to improve, especially when it comes to adding more convenient stores like a Maurice's, maybe a nick nack toy store?.. lots of opportunity here. Beware of the increasing population of homeless"

"Great spot to stop. Got a little bit of everything. Grocery, liquor, nails, Starbucks, automotive, pizza, and eye center. Best part is the CAT BUS stops at both ends of the commons every 45 min. There's a cannabis shop within walking distance in addition to a Center Market."

"Is a shopping Center with stores: Helpful to have. Grocery store SAFEWAY and a drug store which I think was RITE AID. Liquor store there too. I guess you could say it’s everything you need. Including EV charging stations."

"Good mall for tons of items! Anywhere from eye-care to pharmacy to food and drink! Amazing how just this one small mall can have such a variety of things that it can offer and one of its company's has a can return! So feel free to take your cans here! A common place to get tons of stuff in one small mall!"

"Hood rivers west side commercial area. There's a Safeway, postal annex, rite aid and McDonald's. This is the only McDonald's with a playground in hood river. Be warned though, across the street is city property which the local police department loves using for speed violations"
