"Yesterday I went to Rite Aid specifically to get info on two inoculations that I feel are important at this time of year. I have asked elsewhere while shopping Safeway but the sign up process was more of the same...(Go home and sign in on line, make an appointment - if you get through. And consequently I would have had to wait weeks.)"

"Had to comment, given the negativity of the only other comment. I love the Rite Aid pharmacy. The male pharmacist, Ben Vorster, is always extremely helpful, counseling us on best over-the-counter options, and answering all questions about prescriptions and/or vaccines. Diane Kawachi is also unfailingly polite and professional. I would guess that this is true with other pharmacies in town, but Rite Aid's crew has given me no reason to look elsewhere."

"Is it me or is it ALWAYS too warm in this Rite Aid? I don’t usually sweat buckets at other stores. Don’t get me wrong, I love rite aid and will continue to go there but considering wearing shorts and a tank top in 50 deg weather when I plan to go There again."

"Ben, in the pharmacy, is a treasure. Hope he stays there for a long, long time. His customer service skills are terrific. Ben should receive 10 stars!!! BUT the clerk today.....guy with gray hair and mustache....hmmmm bordered on rude. He was not customer oriented at all. Placed 2 items I wanted on counter then laid down the money. (thought I was being helpful by being so quick) But he didn't ask for RiteAid number for discount so I reminded him (to save $). He was upset and said it was because I laid my money down. So I guess he "assumed" I wasn't going to use a RiteAid number. He was NOT pleasant at all. It took him awhile to figure out how to cancel sale them re-enter info. Will not ever go to his register again!!! While I"m at it, I will complain about the dirty filthy bathroom. Only will use it if it's an emergency. I always use the paper towels to touch anything in the bathroom. YUK!!! I have never seen the room clean. No excuse for it to be that way. 12/2/21 Phoned in pharmacy order 2 days ago, went to pick it up today and not ready. Not happy BUT when I went to pay for the medication much later it was only 86 cents and only had a $100 bill in my wallet. Told clerk I would go to the car and get the change.....but Diane was the pharmacist today and she stepped in and paid the 86 cents much to my surprise. That was so very nice of her. So went to the car, got the change then went back to store to pay Diane back. Diane has been so much nicer and friendlier the past couple of years. She should receive an "atta girl" for the change in her customer service. They put in a new toilet awhile back and now the bathrooms are cleaned regularly. I appreciate it alot"

"The male pharmacist is a real problem at this location. He has the worst attitude towards people when he doesn't want to work. He tries to turn people away on Friday when they are still open till 9pm. It was 1pm when I asked for my prescription. He also seems to discriminate towards military or Insitu employees for whatever reason. Rite Aid should do something about their disgruntled EMPLOYEE. He clearly thinks he owns the place."
