"I have not been able to get a hold of anyone at this office. I called and left a message so many times so I had to call another location to schedule my appointment for filling and cleaning. Plus when I showed up for my appointment at 1. and were 2 more people waiting and the office was closed because staff were on lunch and they reopened the office at 1:08. I understand any staffing shortage but please answer the phone or return voicemails at the least. Hope my feedback helps!"

"I recently went in with a chipped and cracked front tooth (They got me in the next day to get it fixed by the way) and I couldn't be more pleased with the work that was done. I think I like my smile more now, than before. From the doctor herself to the Assistants and the very nice receptionist/front desk associate, I had a great experience. I will be back!"

"I have never being so disappointed with a medical provider before, I have been trying to get my teeth cleaned for almost 1 month now. My first appointment they never even had on their system so I had to make a new appointment, Of course you cant get a hold of this office over the phone ever and no one will ever return your voicemails. On my second attempt I showed up to my appointment and they had cancelled it again with out notifying me. I have now taken two half days at work to show up to their office only to be met with cancellations and no explanation as to why? If you value your time and Oral health look elsewhere for your dental needs since this office does not seem to value anyone else's time."

"I previously posted a positive review of this place but sadly I have to change it. I've been calling for two weeks now to try and reschedule my appointment, and left multiple voicemails. They never answer the phone, and they never call back. I don't know what's going on, they were great before but now they're impossible to reach. Sucks too because they really were great with my disabled brother. Guess we'll go somewhere else."

"What a wonderful team of people. I’m very much not a fan of going to the dentist… been 10 years this time. Dr. Kim and the rest of the team went out of their way to help me feel comfortable. Such kind and caring people. Definitely going to be a regular here. No more 10 year gaps in care."
