"Called this morning to ask a question about needing to see if my buttons needed to get replaced since partial of it came off and if I needed to get seen sooner so I can move up on my Invisalign and was very flexible about working out on the schedule even gave them 5 weeks to see if they can fit me in and only gave me ONE option and said I either have to take it or there’s nothing available.. asked when the ortho was avail and said only Tuesday and Thursday and sometimes Monday.. I have classes and I’m flying in to Washington to get this done and she was VERY RUDE. I was originally at gig harbor location nd my ortho transferred to this office so I had to follow if I wanted to continue my treatment. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and not helpful what so ever. If you are looking for an office to start, I would go elsewhere"

"I was referred and had a tooth extracted under general anesthesia today. The staff were kind and talkative and made me feel comfortable before and after the procedure. The oral surgeon had a light hearted bedside manner that put me at ease. His assistant answered my questions patiently. I get frightened at the dentist and this was not frightening. They told me each step, knowing what was coming next and made me feel better. They allowed me to make a customized payment plan, choosing to complete it over a couple payments but I could have drawn it out longer if I had needed to. I recommend Puyallup Smiles."
