"When I first came to Nordberg dentistry, I was missing 5 teeth in my upper jaw (10 years of going to community health care will do that). I could barely chew my food anymore, and I never really smiled. My plan was to remove everything from the top jaw and put in some dentures, it felt like that was the inevitable outcome anyway. Am I glad I found this place, first off they talked me off the ledge by giving my real alternatives. They made me a partial with rotational pathway. I don't know what that means, but I do know it stay in without denture glue. While it took a month or so to get used to wearing it, I literally get separation anxiety while not wearing it now. This partial has CHANGED MY LIFE! I can now eat and chew foods like steak, and I can even eat gummy bears with this thing after a little practice. Most of all, I can smile again, and when I smile you can't see anything. This has improved my confidence ten fold, I have even received a promotion at my job that I have to give partial credit ;);) to this partial. Something else about this place, it really seems like everyone there loves their job, which tells me these guys are running a good ship. Thank you Nordberg dentistry, you have a customer for life."

"I didn’t have an experience because I have never been there. I made an appointment because my husband has been there, but I needed to cancel and I did 23 hours BEFORE my appointment and Ms. Rochelle with her kind self informed me that they will be charging me a cancellation fee and then she proceeded to ask me what was the reason for me cancelling. I didn’t know that you have to explain to the dentist office why your cancelling your appointment. Ooh well....as for my husband... I did ask him what did he like about Kim Nordberg DDS and he reply was he went to get his bridge fix and came out with a tooth pulled and the bridge hasn’t been fix to this day and that was roughly about a month ago. "I'm honestly without words. Weather this is the practice of really great customer service or people that genuinely care about you and your oral health is hard to say for sure. Regardless they have won my heart. I love this place and highly recommend them for anyone. They are all about your comfort and making sure your teeth are healthy. All staff is incredibly sweet and the moment you walk through the door you know you're safe. Oh, AND they give you a toothbrush after your visit. How neat is that?"
