"When I was at my appointment back in October the laser machine broke down. I totally understood that this was just an unfortunate inconvenience and I was told that I'd be first on the rebooking list when the machine finished repairing. I was patient but then it got to three months (this was now December) and I still didn't hear a word so I emailed and asked. They said that the machine was done with maintenance and ready to be shipped back. It is now March and there has been no communication from the office. I was trying to get my tattoo removed before a certain time and while I fully understand it was partially because the machine broke down, there was absolutely no communication from the office, and the machine definitely would have been back at the office, up and running again by now. This to me was unprofessional. I am now attending a new office and honestly getting a better service."

"I cannot say enough good things about Derma Medical spa and the staff. First of all, everyone is so down to earth and genuine. I feel truly cared for every time I go. Secondly, I’ve never felt like they have tried to push me to do anything outside of my comfort zone. They’ve always listened to my concerns and have made valuable suggestions (but they don’t overdo it, everything has been modest and reasonable). They are also very honest. There have been instances where I make a comment about my face and what I think might need to be done, and they have been awesome about validating my concerns but also giving their professional recommendation when something might not be needed (aka they don’t try to profit off of your insecurities). I love coming here and have been pleased with my services so far. I feel like if I was ever unhappy, they would take it seriously and help with my concerns. I also have to shout out the customer service team as they are so friendly and helpful and make you feel special/welcomed every time. Y’all are the best!!!! I wish I could give 100 stars."
