"Long waits for appointments to be set. Long waiting by phone too. INS from the state got it wait months. Children dentist is amazing and nice. She is fast and take cares of my boys well. Adult dentist no that good. The job will be done if you have an emergency but it last for a few his. Afterwards the issue gets back. Stuff is nice, front desk is great. I believed some of the dentist need more preparation and training."

"I saw Dr. Pirankha on 12/18. Assistant numbed the wrong side of my mouth, left me for a few minutes and came back realizing the mistake. She numbed the correct side and a minute or less later the Dr came in with Novicane. I didnt think about it but she came right in my gums with the needle BEFORE I WAS NUMB. I literally couldnt help but flinch. This Dr really tried to act like I was having anxiety and asked me why I didnt mention it before. I DID. I told scheduling, i told the Dr at my first visit AND the same assistant I had. They didnt say anything or offer anything to help. I then explained to her what had happened and that i wasnt numb yet on that side but the other side was. She completely ignored me and proceded to go on and on about how everyone gets the same dose and how she doesnt want to stress me as Im 5months pregnant. I said yeah but you didnt wait! She did the wrong side first! And yu came in a minute later! Completely ignored that I was in pain, did not listen to me in anyway and after standing up for myself after she kept insisting it was anxiety she decided to try one more time. In the most condescending voice I might add. I was actually numb now so it was NOTHING like the first time. Worest experience ever. Canceling all of my future appoints and Im going to report to the medical board, Advantage customer service and anyone else who will listen. and make sure everyone knows how this Dr treats her patients. I urge you- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE"

"Advantage Dental is one of the WORST dental providers in the state. They did practically nothing for me other than refer me around to other dentists. I've lost more teeth that kept while on the state plan. The receptionist hardly ever answers the phone or returns calls. Appointments are super slow and MONTHS apart and the quality of work is poor! I've had a couple fillings come out! I guess they're using the cheap adhesive for the OHP patients. They do not care about their patient's level of discomfort or suffering. Not recommended and not professional."

"Been going here for a year now. Recently had a molar chip on me and food was getting stuck between my teeth really bad, I paid out of pocket for an exam and was told I just needed a surface filling. They did x-rays and looked at my teeth and determined a filling was all that was needed. 2 weeks later, I go to a good dentist and they tell me a filling is no good, my cavity is deep and connecting with the nerve in my tooth and a root canal is needed and eventually a cap needs to be put on it because it decaying. That is a HUGE difference than just a filling being needed which is what I was told here. They do the bare minimum here and don’t care at all about the safety and health of the patient. I refuse to ever come back to this dentist, they have no idea what they’re doing in there. And it takes MONTHS to get in for a cleaning or any type of work. Also, when I decided to see a new dentist, I had them email me a paper to sign to have my records released to my new dentist. I called them and 10 minutes later they emailed me the paper , I immediately signed it and emailed it back but when I arrived a week later at my new dentist, they never received a single thing from them and neither did I. Avoid them for your better health"

"Been going to the dentist for awhile, always listens to my needs and answers all my questions, the recent assist of hers was so amazing and did a lot of comforting while I was getting the numbing shots. Lastly, the woman in the front was extremely helpful in making sure I was able to get my appointments in order. It felt like she really did a lot of reserching to help accommodate me."
