"I came here a week before my trip to Disneyland because I got a gift certificate for Christmas. I called the day before to ask if they did builder gel. It's what I used to use at my nail salon before I moved here and loved that it wasn't as hard on your nails as Acrylics. They said yes and that it would be $55 and a pedicure would be $30. I wanted a design on my nails and gel polish so I assumed the total would be around $100, the same amount as my certificate. I went in the next day and told them first thing that I wanted a pedicure and a full set of builder gel. The guy looked around for a minute before pointing at a tech and saying go to her. I sat in the pedicure chair to find the water scolding hot. I asked for it to be a little cooler and just got smiled at. She did my pedicure but forgot the paraffin wax until I was putting back on my sho3s so I turned it down. Then onto the nails.... I told her again I wanted builed3r gel and showed her a picture of the design. It wasn't too difficult, only 2 nails had designs and they were just spots of color with little mickey and mini heads and 2 hearts. I asked her if she felt comfortable and she said yes. She went and got the color and the builder gel bottle which had never been opened. She was constantly talking to the other techs and it sounded like she was asking ehat to do like she had never used builder gel before. I asked her again if she thought she could do the nail like I wanted and she said yes. We got started and she ended up bumping my skin with the drill twice, making me bleed. No apology or bandaid just a shy smile and continuing to drill. I has to correct her twice on the nail shape and ask for them to look more alond shape. She started painting and did the mickey heads before doing the background spots of color so she just fitted then in around which looked messy. She added a top coat of glitter that I didn't ask for. I didn't want glitter at all. My nails ended up being all different lengths and shapes. Not the design I wanted. And I was bleeding. The total came to $120 and then I was stared at and reminded I could tip the tech with cash.... by a few days later the gell was lifting from the extension tips, a couple nails had chipped, and I had formed a bump on my thumb next to my nail that turned out to be an infection. By the end of the next week all color on my toes had peeled off, all the nails and extentions had come off completely, leaving me with scratched up weak nails and a painful infection to deal with. After 10 years of getting my nails done at various placed, this was the worst experience I've had. I will not be returning to them again. I also informed the friend who gave me the gift certificate and she will not be returning either."
"I've had 2 great pedicures here before but today's was the worst one I've ever had. The water was barely room temp. I could barely feel the "massage". She spent 2 minutes on my eyebrows. Overall very unprofessional vibe as the employees talked amongst themselves and never spoke to me at all. Rushed and mediocre at best."
"I just left with the worst nails I have ever had. I went in for a fill and before she had me wash my hands I looked at them to find that my hands did not match. I asked for coffin shape and my right had was just straight odd shaped nails and my right hands was somewhat coffin, but longer than my right, also very sharp. I had her fix it and after I washed my hands I had to ask her to remove the hanging debri that was on my nails and to please buff them. I started to feel bad, so I paid and tipped, but my nails are so uneven, sharp and odd shaped. I will never go back."
"I've been going to this nail place for a couple of years now and I will never go back. First we brought a friend to try them out and they dug their nails into her skin when giving her a massage and they gave us all short massages. I went back again and they made the water so hot it burned my feet and I was given a $20 gift certificate the next time. My last visit was last week, since I had the gift certificate and let's just say a short massage and my feet got burned again. Also, this time I got a mani and pedicure. The mani was awful they rushed it and my nail polish that was the shellac gel came off in a week afterwards and they redid my nails and made me bleed and almost didn't give me a bandaid until I asked for one. What's worse is the polish came off again the following day. Plus, the women that work there are super rude and insensitive as well. I repeat I'll never be back again."
