"First time here, and Sara was very friendly and gave me a great hair cut. Cost $50. You can park in the little parking lot behind the salon, despite any signage saying it's only for the restaurant next door FYI!"
"I debated writing a review for months because I liked the stylists personality and she was dope. HOWEVER, I've been bleach blonde for 14 years and I went here to get my fashion color (teal) updated as my normal girl moved away. Well got the root touch up (bleached) everything felt fine and I ALWAYS speak up if it starts to burn but at some point she disappeared and it was taking forever for my roots to lighten (which was odd, never had that big of an issue). She colors my hair with the teal dye, I leave. Next day I see entire areas of missing color, 2 days later the scabs and burns start to be very apparent on my scalp. The color faded so quickly (and I know all the correct color care for fashion color, so that is not the issue) Now you are probably like why not go back and let them know. Well for one. I have NEVER had a bad hair experience in all my years, I have been so lucky. 2nd, I was embarrassed (i wasn't sure if I was going to be recharged or what monetary ask they would have to redo it) and 3rd there was no way I had time for another 3hr plus appointment before I left for a month for work. Plus the burns on my scalp were so bad, it would have been extremely painful to have my hair redone. When I went to a new stylists she pointed out a lot of the flaws in in the pervious work (rings of missing color, areas that werent lifted properly..etc). I was so disappointed to know I spent well over $300 for a service I could have done myself. Thankful I found a new stylists who has made my teal hair amazing and I am so thankful. Lesson learned. I'm bummed cuz I really liked the stylist as a person and the initial color was gorgeous but I paid for a service and recieved terrible results."
"I booked an appointment a month ahead of time for a color and cut in anticipation of an event I have to attend this following week. As I was pulling into a parking space at my appointment time, the salon called to inform me that my stylist had called out sick only minutes before. I get that life happens, but this was simply unprofessional. I will not be booking another appointment here."
"Grace was really really nice & made me feel comfortable. She is very knowledgeable about coloring hair. I really liked the cut & color. I will def go back again to see Grace."
