"Found out they aren't open on weekends. What kind of travel agency isn't open weekends to accommodate people who need their services but work during the week. At least be open on a Saturday."

"I called, and due to the long wait time it gave me the option to leave a message. They called back within the hour. That is the good part. Unfortunately, the agent didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the my travel area (Cancun). She performed some searches of the same kind I did before I called and didn’t have much useful information beyond what I already found. I haven’t used a travel agent in a long time so I had some questions, but she seemed really bothered with me so I wasn’t interested in proceeding further. I got the pretty clear message that I fall into some category of people she absolutely hates dealing with — just barely contained hostility."
