"Used this dealership to perform major 90K service. timing belt and all. the terrible experience started when Camille tried to give my a TL as a loaner car! Specifically they were told I got there kids. After employees looked at each other they decided to give me a 2023 A-spec loaner (told it was being cleaned after it was return as we do the paper work). The dude handed me the car and told me just keep the car running because it was in the back (DEAD). anyhow I take the car and go on my way. After turning the car off running an errand, came back and the infotainment system was DEAD no way to start again :). The next day I get told the car is done and ready for pickup. I pay online and drive to the dealership to turn my worthless loaner and get my car. The guy behind the desk gave me the paperwork and asked me to pay the balance. I told him dude it should be paid in full?! He goes " I dont know let me ask"! wasting my time and other customers time. Finally I walk out to get my car and there was a "bungee cord" coming from the undercarriage of the car and hooked up to the front bumper. I dont think I will be coming back to this dealership for any work in the future and wont recommend for anyone. I would only recommend people who go there for service to make sure everything is where it is supposed to be after the work complete."

"Buyer beware!!! This place will over-quote you to get your money!!! My check engine light went on so I took it in to get checked out. As a woman, I was worried that they’d try to hustle me, so I put my husband’s phone number down as the contact. Sure enough, they called his number that afternoon and quoted him $2000 for an oil pressure sensor replacement. My husband called 3 other mechanics and gave them the codes and cost he was quoted. All the other mechanics quoted him $300-$600. We couldn’t pick up our car without paying their $175 diagnostic fee either. So when my husband called back and questioned their quote with the market research he had done, they immediately lowered the price to $1200, which was still twice the cost of the highest bid we received elsewhere! He even spoke with manager who said they wouldn’t make a deal at market cost for the repair. Sketchy business!!!! DO NOT take your car here!!!!"

"Such a great experience! MDX had trouble on a Sunday. Fit my MDX in their schedule the very next day! Very pleased with the level of service Sandy provided. She called/texted every update she had! I’ll definitely keep bringing my MDX to you guys."
