Reviews
"Asked a worker if they had elite socks, they looked around for 5 seconds and said no. i found them myself later. had tons of workers but waited 5 mins to checkout with no line."
"Place was hot as hell. A lot of people and not enough staff. Decent selection of apparel for men and women and some children stiff."
"Came here months ago to make a return. There were some technical issues with my online return but the staff were very helpful. He said he would need to call someone to fix the issue to process my return. They were unable to reach their customer service so the staff managed to find a work-around to make sure that I was still able to get my refund. I appreciated the effort they put into making that happen."
"The Nike Pegasus trail 3 are the best walking shoes I have ever owned. I walk about 4 miles a day with no pain."
"Had a problem with a defective shoe ordered online twice in a row, customer service told me to try bringing the shoe in to a store to see if the manager could give me a coupon on my account or mark down another pair for me (this particular color was out of stock now) the manager told me they only do that if there’s an actual problem and that my 2x defective pair wasn’t a big deal… the manager had a smug look and acted like the defect on my shoe wasn’t a defect… like I was trying to pull one on him… can’t believe I spend as much money with Nike as I do to be treated that way"
