"Gas pumps are half functional and the ground by the pumps is always so nasty and dirty."

"Cashier had the "be back in 10 minutes" sign up during open hours when I really needed gas and only had cash. He or she was gone for over 30 minutes and I left. Not sure how long they were gone since before I came here but very unprofessional"

"Used to be the best car wash around. Now the people are ALWAYS on break and there are never any signs. Dont waste your time on this carwash or gas station. Horrible service. It was 230pm on a Wednesday right in between their hours. Photo provided for reference. P.s. I have been here several times and they are ALWAYS on break. Why be "open" if your employees are always on an unlabeled break??!"

"I do not leave reviews every HOWEVER in this case I have to say something. I get my car washed at the Chevron Mukilteo Speedway every week. I went there today and the wash was fine - when it was time to pull up to the vacuums I know the one on the far west side does not have much power so I went to use the one on the left. There was a green car parked over the white line so when I pulled into the parking space there was hardly any room between the passenger side of my car and the car next to it. I went into the office and said to the woman who was working the counter "Hey I know this is a silly question but do you know who owns the green car out there" She replied what car? I said that one? She said oh that's mine. I said well you are parked over the line and I can't open the doors to vacuum my car. She got a really snarky attitude and said to me what you are telling me you can't fit in that parking place. I explained that yes I can fit but I can't open my passenger door to vacuum and would she mind moving her car a bit. Well she basically rolled her eyes and had a really horrible attitude. At that point I lost my temper which I hate to do and stormed out saying never mind if it's such a problem . I pulled over to the other side of the parking lot to use the vacuum but once I pulled up there was an out of order sign. I ended going back to the tiny parking place (she had not come out to move her car). I figured I would at least vacuum the driver side of the car and joy of joy the vacuum didn't work (after I inserted my money). I went into the store to get my dollar back and she was terrible. I told her she was lucky her car was not dented with me trying to open my passenger door. This Chevron I have been going to for over 15 years but today was my last time. I understand that businesses are short staffed but if the woman who "helped" me today has that attitude with everyone they are going to lose much more business than mine."

"My car is very happy, and so am I! I drive by this Chevron car wash so often, but the lines are long. Today, I phoned in advanced and Danny told me they were open. So I rushed out first thing this a.m. The main attendant was very competent, professional, and paid attention to my request and comments from past visits that were only so-so. He did a fabulous job focusing on the main issues. The attendant drying the car was quick and efficient. Thank you so much, guys! My car has not looked this clean in a very long time."
