Brought in my little brother in because he wanted to buy his first car and the salesman didn’t show any professionalism on the job failing to show us any prices on vehicles and he talked down to us like we can’t even afford any vehicle even though my brother is a combat vet who’s been saving for this moment. Shame on you and I’m happy to take him elsewhere."

"Find a different Toyota dealership for service. Took car in for an oil change and they immediately spotted a nail in the tire. Appreciated them finding that, but then they didn't fix it when they said they did. Woke up this morning to a flat tire, and went back to the dealership after they sent a tow truck out to put air in the tire. After we dropped the car off, tech calls and says the tire is inflated and looked fine (BC THEY JUST SENT A TRUCK TO INFLATE IT). I reminded the tech of that and he said oh! Right! He called back later to say they did fix the flat yesterday but that a NEW nail punctured tire right by yesterday's puncture, and couldn't be repaired...and new tire had to be ordered. We left and took our car to Les Schwab and they fixed the flat that was never fixed yesterday, for free! Will never return to Swickard."
