"Even doing something as basic as getting gas is a bad choice here. Not only is gas more expensive, but most pumps, including all 87 pumps, are out of order. Chevron is the worst nation-wide gas chain, and this location is a great example of why."
"Andy quickly found an issue that was causing our car to run poorly - there was a rat’s nest in the engine and rodent damage to the fuel injection wiring. He repaired all of this fast and at a very low cost. Another mechanic quoted $2,500 to replace spark plugs among other fixes and never even saw the rodent damage - we took our car to Andy for a second opinion. He is ethical, reasonable, skilled, and we feel so lucky that he was the one to do the work. We highly recommend this business!"
"I was waiting to write this, but just was hung up on by the women working the gas station... I brought my 2007 mazda 3 in to the shop last november for a standard 120k mile tune up. Booked the appt with Andy and let him know the brakes needed to be looked at as they were a bit squishy. He did the standard tune up, and said I needed a new Master Cyllinder. Well when I after I picked it up a week later, within 5 minutes of driving home, the brakes started dragging on the highway and the steering wheel was shaking aggressively. It was super scary! So I called Andy, and had to get it towed back, bc it was unsafe to drive. He said it must be a bad part. He then put a new one in (the 2nd one), and I asked him to make sure he drove it around before giving it back. I called after a week of him having it, and found out he was was vacation, but the car was done. He didn't even call me to let me know... After 5 minutes of driving it home, the same dragging issue happened a 3rd time!! So I called again, and took it back. I did some of my own research to have him check other parts besides the master cyllendr like the calipers and booster. But all he did was put another master cyllinder in. This took about 3 weeks total of me not having a car. You would think that he would make my car a priority, because he was not fixing it correctly, and all of the money I poured in for labor. The 3rd time the master cyllinder only lasted 6 months. He wasn't charging me for the part, but I was incredibly upset and frustrated. So I called again, and he was out of town, so I had to wait a week to get it in. I asked him to please drive up and down the highway to make sure, bc I didn't want to have it back and have it not work a 4th time. Well this 4th time, he had my car a week again, so I called and found out he was on vacation again, and didn't call me to tell me the car was done. The customer service is just insane to do this twice! I got the car, and AGAIN with 5 minutes, the brakes were dragging, and I couldn't drive it over 20 mph. They obviously don't care to fix it, and won't give it the extra care that I'm asking. So I finally gave up wth Andy, and took it to another mechanic and shared the situation. They looked into every single part, and saw that the master cyllider pipe is slightly bigger than the bore in my car, and so air was leaking out. They made sure to test it thouroghly and that everytig fit perfectly. It finally works! So i called Andy just now so I can at least get a refund on the master cyllinder part. Well the front desk lady, who has never been kind, told me to talk to Andy, then hung up on me when I as asking when he would be back. Just so rude. I gave it 2 stars, bc Andy was always polite when I spoke to him on the phone and was never condescending as I'm a young female. However the care that should be a baseline service was not there, and I was extremely patient and understanding for the 2 months that I have dealt with not having.a car. So disappointing."
"There is Not Diesel at this station, and there doesn't seem to be a way to edit that fact. Station hour also means the pump hours. The pumps get shut off while they are closed. I do love this gas station. Stop in nearly every day with my dog. They treat us so well. Thanks for all your hard work and being a neighbor."
"I was treated more like a neighbor than a customer. I got a flat and the rim had rusted up and it wouldn't come off. Andy is across the street from me and he has worked on my vehicle before, so I checked with him to see if he could fit me in and get that rim off. I knew it would be quick, and I was hoping he might be able to get to me in at the end of the day. He stopped what he was doing and immediately got the rim off, my spare on, and he didn't charge me much. I would have been happy to pay more. I really appreciated that."
