"I was completely unable to contact the office as they never answered their phone and had a voicemail box that was full. They forgot that they had scheduled a pick up and I had to call another office to get someone to contact me and send someone to the auto shop I was waiting at. They then didn't have the car I had reserved and gave me one that was hastily and poorly cleaned. Terrible experience all around"

"Made a reservation, but at my arrival I was notified that there was no vehicle for me. ( I understand things happen) The real issue is that I was charged $47 fee for "No Show" so NOW I have to fix this problem. Been on hold for a out 1 hour with 0 help."

"Attendant tried to be helpful but did not have access to the system to process my corporate account. He admitted their system was not good and they needed to update it. Further, when I got my car, I needed to know if I could drop it off after hours. IMPOSSIBLE to contact the local office and forced me to drive there to answer a simple question. The phone tree took me to a voicemail that wasn't set up and the website didn't have the info I needed. Car was decent."

"I booked way ahead for an economy car but when I should up for my appointment they had none and gave me a SUV instead for the same price. The car was clean and had no issues. It was a pleasant experience."
