So friendly and informative and kind. He is incredibly upfront and will try to get you the best deal he can and he definitely did for us. He surprised us with a better deal and threw in some extra stuff too. We left all smiles with a full tank of gas and a clean car. We plan on getting a second vehicle hopefully soon and you guys scored a customer for life! Jeremy, the finance guy, was also awesome and worked with us to make sure we were happy and also understood exactly what we were signing up for. "Most people hate buying cars- I usually do too. However, this experience with Olympia Mazda was fantastic. About a month or so ago I contacted them about what they’d offer for my trade in and new purchase- Tom answered and ever since has been extremely helpful without the immense pressure that typically comes with a car purchase. Tom was always quick to respond, got me whatever information I needed, and when it was time for me to pull the trigger honored his word about everything we discussed in the months prior. I drove 1 hour 45 minutes to get my car from this dealer and would do it again! Extremely easy, low pressure, and kind folks! Highly recommend making the trip for this dealership and Tom!"
