"Dr. Shen!!!! All I can say about Dr. Shen and his staff is that they rock. Friendly, efficient and funny front desk staff. Talented and compassionate medical staff. A beautiful office…designed to make you feel comfortable in every way. For a high-maintenance guy like myself I can’t help but feel pampered by Dr. Shen and his staff. Also, his brother is an endodontist at his own office so it must run in the family. I give Dr. Shen a lot of grief about my wanting to make his website sexier and he just laughs….it’s great. "Dr. Shen and the team were so very accommodating when I was experiencing severe pain in my bottom molar...needed a root canal STAT! Worked through their lunch hour to get me out of pain. It's been about a week and a half and no problems whatsoever. For a root canal, it was a great experience. Thanks for calling right away Dr. Shen to check in and make sure everything was okay. "Horrible experience- when scheduling the appointment I discussed with the receptionist my very tight schedule and asked if diagnosis and treatment could be completed at the same visit. She stated she spoke with Dr. Schow, who stated yes- got to my visit - after 2 min with Dr Schow he narrowed down the tooth that needed the root canal and told me to schedule for the procedure. I explained that it was scheduled to be done the same day. He said no- regardless of the receptionist assuring me he approved prior to scheduling. He stated no he would not and that he was the only endo that took my commercial insurance- well they are not the only Endo to take my insurance and I will not be going back."

"My visit to have a root canal done by Dr. Schow was the most pleasant dental visit I have ever had. He was very kind and compassionate and couldn't have had better bedside (chair side) manner. His Dental Assistant, Sandy, was also top notch. If I could have all of my dental work done at this office I absolutely would!! Unfortunately, they don't do regular dental procedures. I can't say enough good things about my experience and will always recommend this office to people needing a root canal!!"
