"Not very knowledgeable about the capabilities of their rentals. First time we needed a truck to move a trailer 3 miles. They only had a box truck and they rented it to us but you can't get a trailer hooked up to it because the is a steel plate blocking the trailer hitch from the ball. We returned it right away and told them it wasn't usable but they would not refund any $. This time I reserved a trailer to haul yard waste. I gave them the make and model of our vehicle and the ball size and was told that there was a trailer available. When we picked it up it was the wrong size. We had to purchase a new ball and pay to have it installed at our expence.. almost 100.00 out of our pockets needlessly"

"Rented a 15' truck for in town usage. Tiffany wrote our contract up and was very friendly and helpful. David brought the truck out for us and helped us mark blemishes on the vehicle that weren't already marked, even the real high ones, with no complaints. He also checked us back in upon return and was helpful and friendly. Victoria was at the desk at check out and helped us get a hard copy of the receipt since our email was incorrect, slightly. She was also very friendly and helpful. We used this location last year as well and no issues. Easy to find at the hotel. Clean vehicle inside and out, ran well. Very happy with everyone involved."
