"My three kids, mother and I came for a weekend to Ocean Shores and accidentally got our minivan stuck in the sand on the beach. An inexperienced Good Samaritan in a jeep appeared to help pull us out and promptly snapped our brake lines and drove off. We called Robert on a Saturday evening in hopes he could help and not only did he come right away to get our non drivable vehicle but he had it fixed and back to us the next day. He was our absolute hero of the weekend. Maybe the year. Kind, knowledgeable and understanding, as well as, very fair priced and quick. 10/10 would recommend him to everybody."
"We had a bad clicking issue going on under our hood while on a weekend stay in Ocean Shores. Thankfully they were open and available on a Sunday. Robert was extremely kind and caring about investigating and diagnosing the issue we had. Fortunately it was not anything dire that is able to wait til we could get it back home. Found to be a cooling fan making sounds. The cost was very reasonable and left very happy with the services provided. I highly recommend this business and would call Robert again in a heartbeat if we have any future issues traveling from out of town. A+! Thank you!!!"
