"Okay the places was pretty dirty, Free wifi is NOT true as I was about middle distance away. Employee literally said you have unlimited data...then use that. No sorry for the inconvenience or even friendly demeanor. But every wall had missing paint, mirror has erosion all around it, bathroom walls need repainted as scuff marks and missing paint throughout the room, no available plug inside near the beds. Also coffee had a whole lot of grounds which I wouldn't have said anything and could have dealt with if not for all the other bad parts of this Days Inn like they need people doing a better job of cleaning. Even the bed had weird old blood spots or something on it. I suggest any other hotel in Ocean Shores than that one."

"This was a truly terrible hotel. They advertise the hot tub and pool but the hot tub jets are broken and they only heat it to 98 degrees. They told us where the ice machine was but it was broken and had no ice. Both bedside table lamps were broken. The room was not clean and the sheets were stained."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. My toddler daughter and I checked in for a 2 night stay. On our second day, we went down to the pool/hot tub area (About 3 in the afternoon) We had the area to ourselves, but it shared a giant window with the front desk area. While we were in the hot tub, I look over and see the front desk guy, James, “moving” in certain motions that made me think he was doing something “inappropriate” directly behind the front desk with his top half in our clear view. I tried to explain it away, but there was no other explanation than I was right. I couldn’t believe what I was witnessing. I thought to myself “If a woman (or a man, whatever) stands up from behind that desk in the next 5 minutes, I’ll know for sure” Sure enough, the woman I was introduced to as the OWNER gets up from behind the counter. I was in shock. I scooped up my daughter, went back to our room, and FURIOUSLY packed our things and put them in the car. I went to the front office and told him that the window from the pool is see through and they were not very discreet with what they were doing. I said I didn’t want to stay there for our second night and I wanted my money back. He sat down, apologized, gave me my refund for the night, and said something close to “No amount of apologies can make up for that. I’m sorry”. No denial, no argument, no nothing. Just apologies. I grabbed my daughter and left. I am so sick and disgusted that something like that would even happen in real life. We most definitely will not be back."

"I stayed here with my husband & small child for 2nights . Location is good,close to restaurants,store beach..etc Staff is friendly,cleanliness & attention to detail is wanting ! I would give it 1/10. The surfaces were dirty ,housekeeping came ,they did not take out the trash,the room was smelly (smelt like it was cleaned with dirty water ). Hygiene is a priority to so many clients. Management should supervise the cleaning of the rooms . I liked the place but would probably not come back because I was less than impressed with hygiene.especially that I have a small baby ..breakfast was ok ,not much but something"

"There are many negatives but I will start with the positive. The beds appeared clean and were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and water was good. Now for the negative. Cleaning was less than stellar when it came to surfaces in the room. I had to use my own disinfecting wipes to wipe down very dirty, even sticky tables and nightstand. The floor was so dirty we wore our socks so we could keep our feet clean. I'm not sure the floor got cleaned between guests. The walls are so thin that we heard the next door guests having sex and the room above had a hen party into the wee hours of the night and we heard it all. The breakfast is called "light" but doesn't offer anything but coffee. No tea, hot chocolate or even juice. The fruit offerings looked old and stale. We didn't partake either of our two mornings. I will not be back."
