"I would give -10 stars if I could. This station has charged my card 5 different times when I wasnt even in town. I didnt even pay at the pump, I went inside and then when I called to complain , the owner had the audacity to ask me to call back . I get stranded because you guys are illegally charging my account and then you hang up on me? Unless you want to get charged over $200 for a $20 purchase, I wouldn't go here. They areobviously scamming people and its disgusting"

"The pumps are frequently out of service and the staff are rude to customers. When a pump wasn’t working properly on my last visit the worker rudely told me the steps to pumping gas and included “how hard is that?” as if I was unaware of how to pump gas. When I told her she didn’t need to be rude she cancelled my purchase. Apparently as they are the only gas station in town they think they can be rude to customers without consequences."

"Very high priced, but it’s clean and seems safe. I only go there if I have to. I usually drive the extra distance to find a better price. I think it’s about time they at least get their air pump working, so we can keep our tires inflated properly!! If not for customer service then do it for the planet, so that less carbon emissions are released for the many people driving on under inflated tires! If they do that (and let it be known to Ocean Shores residents) I would be happy to become a regular at their station!"

"It’s a very nice Shell station, customers and employees are always friendly around here. Food mart is open late and even later on weekends, great variety of snacks and convenience items. Well maintained and most of the pumps take cards, as they should. There’s one entrance off Point brown and another off of Chance a la mer, across the street from IGA. Very easy to access location and close to other businesses."
