"This is a fantastic Irish Family owned pub with a decent food menu and lots of drinks, and of course, those cocktail specials. Great live music from local artists, which don't overpower the place. Patio seating front and back, street side has nice covered seating. You have to try to ice cream and whisky special. Lots of Guinness, great pints."

"I was there to play a gig! But first, had fish and chips and a shot of Slanes Irish Whiskey and water. Tasty morsels! Fish was crisp, light, and you could really taste the fish- not overpowering, but not some generic schlock. Looking around, saw other great meals- roasted Brussels sprouts, a mac n cheese. Lotta happy people. I'll be back to listen to other groups."

"Happy hour fish and chips was 8 bucks so thought I’d try. Fish was straight out the kitchen soggy and not crispy somehow. Also was only ONE small piece of fish. Chips aka fries were pretty weak too. Do not recommend."
