"I've been here a couple of times, now. Their coffee reminds me of my trips to Europe because it isn't overly sweet. The pastries are from Macrina Bakery which are okay. I think I'm the only one in Seattle who isn't blown away by everything Macrina produces. What will keep me coming back to Skög Haus is the service and attention to detail. I love a London Fog and they do it right. The tea is a quality brand, it's steeped for the appropriate amount of time, and the flavor is just right. They know lavender is a key ingredient in a proper London Fog and they don't skimp on the quality. This does mean lavender is a seasonal ingredient but they offer rose as a substitute. The rose works nicely with the Earl Grey and vanilla. Give it a try! What is especially charming is their motivation as illustrated by their logo. Ask them about it when you go."
