"Umi Sake House proved to be a fantastic sushi spot for a Friday evening outing, even without a reservation. We only waited 20 minutes before being seated, which was impressive given the popularity of the place. The service was excellent, and our food arrived promptly. Among the various dishes we ordered, the Belltown Barbie and the ribs were definite standouts for me. The sushi was fresh and expertly prepared, while the ribs were tender and flavorful. The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, making for a great dining experience overall. I highly recommend Umi Sake House to anyone craving delicious sushi and Japanese cuisine in Seattle."
"Oh my goodness, best sushi in Seattle!! The specialty rolls are so good and do worth it!! They're huge and filling and extremely tasty. I've never been to a sushi place with so many amazing roll options!! They also had some very good sake cocktails!! Service and atmosphere was great too! SO GOOD!!"
"Umi Sake House is my go-to sushi spot in Seattle. It stands up to all the big names and the fish here is delicious. While they do have lots of nigiri and sashimi options to choose from, to me this place is best known for all their amazing signature rolls of which the options are endless. Each roll also comes with 10 pieces which is super hard to find these days so while the price per roll may be a bit on the higher side it’s definitely worth it. Every roll here as well has a nice balance of fish to rice to extras so it doesn’t feel like just rice. Lastly, they give everyone free edamame to start which is great. There is plenty of seating inside including a cocktail bar and sushi counter but during dinner times it can get busy. There is also a happy hour from 4-6 with some options for drinks and bites. Can’t wait to be back already!"

Shout out to Ryan who was friendly, knowledgeable about the food, and super sweet! Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks for making our anniversary dinner so enjoyable!"
