"What a great experience. The all you can eat sushi was fantastic. Plenty of choices and appetizers to choose from so be sure you show up with an empty stomach ready to put down some major rollage. I gotta give a shout out to the chefs, they are incredibly knowledgeable of each roll and masters of their craft. Anthony was an awesome dude and made the night with great conversation and service. "got the AYCE dinner deal at the sushi bar only because I wanted nigiri mainly (doesn’t include it on the lunch AYCE) and the fish quality was better than I thought. the downside was the atmosphere and sushi rice, it was dry and not seasoned properly. overall, I would go back for the ayce deal for the quality and price. I recommend getting the seared spicy salmon nigiri (ask for seared salmon with spicy mayo & green onion)"

"On a bright sunny early evening we came in for our first visit. Smiling faces greeted us and our server continued the friendly professional interaction. Asked about us, and helped us in the decision process. Edamame always starts our sushi nights out, and this was perfectly salted with just the right crispy snap to the beans. My spicy tuna roll had just enough kick without distracting from the taste, and the New York roll, new to us, was a great combo of tastes. All in all, a really nice experience that we will return and repeat!"

"Once again Trappers never disappoints. It’s by far my favorite sushi place! The trapper roll is my favorite but they are all so good! I’ve been going to his place since his first location in Bonney Lake and have enjoyed the other locations as they opened. Each location is consistent with quality. I highly recommend!"
