"So I just left the sonic on pacific ave and ordered a number 3 (sandwich only) and a small cherry slushy. When I pulled off I notice my burger didn’t have any bacon. So I return and spoke with Sierra and asked if she could remake my burger with bacon. She was super understanding and agreed to . Actually the assistant manager ended up making my burger. I notice that the wrapper on my burger was very crumbly and also it looked as if the assistant manager took my burger from Sierra and placed the bacon on it. Which is not supposed to be done. I asked sierra to avoid any confrontation could I please just have a refund because I dont like how the original burger that I gave her that was suppose to be thrown away was not thrown away and you put bacon on that burger. The assistant manger comes to the window and asked me again what I ordered. I told her with respect if I can just get a refund because I think that’ll be much easier. She seems to be annoyed but she agreed too. Sierra then comes back to the window and said she personally watched the assistant manager make this now third burger “supposedly “and asked if I wanted it. I agree and she said the manager will still come back and give me the refund. When the assistant manager came back to gave me my refund receipt and in a very sarcastic and annoyed/ irritated tone said “here I refunded you for the entire order, have a nice day” and she immediately walked off. Like I said Sierra was very sweet but the assistant mange really needs a little bit more training on customer service. If asking for a refund affects your pay then most people wouldn’t ask for a refund. I honestly would like for corporate to respond because I know I didn’t do anything wrong by asking for a refund to avoid confrontation. And Sierra says that they forgot the bacon because they were busy all day. That still doesn’t give the assistant manager to have an attitude. Personally I would never come back to this location."
"Visited earlier today for the first time at this location just after turning noon. A lot of drifters parked around the sonic parking/ordering spaces. Witnessed a few drug deals take place along with (surprise surprise!) people using drugs, inside their vehicles as well as people using drugs out in the open- in fact before I even started to order, a guy was sitting on a curb of one of the parking spots using a giant yellow torch to heat a smoking instrument. I was only there for close to 15 min & never saw anyone ask the torch guy to leave or care about any of the blatant drug events. Though I didn't expect anyone to bc at the looks of it along with the area this location is in it is frankly just out of their control & for their own safety."
"They should make this an "offensive restaurant t experience" you know the ones where you purposely go to have them say rude things at you? They got one thing down: how to be inconsiderate. Worst customer service, every time. Didn't know belittling a customer was part of what they stand by. If it's not, coulda fooled me! Annoyingly loud, yelling either through you to an employee or through the mic,, rude: lacks social skills, shuts window on you, the list goes on."
"I didn't receive all my food before leaving the window and when I went back to tell them that I didn't get all my food they claimed that I did, I told them again that I didn't get all my food, I also told them that I wanted a refund and they didn't even want to do that either. The service is always bad there, the employees are very rude, store was very dirty as well, for now on I will be looking in my bags to make sure that I get all my food, I will not go to this Sonic again, because they are not trustworthy, they you Sonic for ripping off my food, and my money. Plus that my adult son told you as well that you didn't give me all my order. I can't stand dishonest people. Plus that very long line's in the drive thru, because of people don't want to take people's order's and a lot of people leaving because they was taking to long doing whatever instead of taking people's order."
"I've always loved coming to sonic for the drive in stalls, gives such nostalgia and is the highlight of the franchise, yet every time I come to this location, the stalls are coned off and/or staff have parked their vehicles in them, leaving them inaccessible. There was a sleeping bag on the ground right outside the side of their building. The food quality has also drastically dropped the past few times I've been here."
