It's Greek To Me Tacoma, Mediterranean Pizza and Pasta

"I tried this fast-food style restaurant many years ago when it was in its former location across the street. The current location appears to be an old garage. I had the Moussaka Dinner which came with rice pilaf, green beans, red potatoes, a small Greek salad and garlic bread for $19. I liked the moussaka well enough and the green beans and Greek salad, but none of it was exceptional. Based on the other reviews, I suspect the most outstanding dishes are the gyros and the pizzas."

"I must say, this is one of the best experiences I've had at a restaurant in quite sometime. Upon entry me and my SO were greeted and asked if ee had any questions and to please reach out if so. After looking at the menu we went up to order, even before I could begin my 21 questions about how items are cooked Amanda immediately inquired if I was vegan or vegetarian from my order requested. Amanda was extremely knowledgeable and undeniably thoughtful to take the time out to inform me of how the food is made, cooked, and the ingredients on menu items ect... This came as a huge surprise as I always have to asked so many questions to the individual taking my order, considering I am vegan and do not consume ANY animal products. Amanda, went above and beyond to accommodate my needs with a gracious attitude. When we finally received our food, it was plentiful, and delicious. This has by far been the best service I have ever received at any establishment. I want to genuinely thank Amanda for her exceptional hospitality and thoughtfulness. Not to mention after we wrapped up she stopped me to suggest a few vegan restaurants, that cater to my dietary needs. I may say I do not take this lightly and am grateful for individuals like Amanda that display such care and compassion. Truly thank you to everyone at "Its Greek To Me Tacoma" for such a memorable dining experience."

"Wow! A small business that cares and treats people nicely while making great food. Man this was good. The only complaint would be I wanted more tomatoes but with all the meat they piled in the gyro there was no room. I was already full from Jesus chicken dinner and I was very fortunate to have been offered this gyro when I popped in to pickup an UberEats for someone else. So it’s not like I only liked it because I was hungry. Super nice staff, very caring and just pleasant."
