Domino's Pizza

"I ordered my pizza at 6 pm on sunday and was told i'd have to wait 20 minutes for my pizza. An hour later i got delivered 3 cold, greasy pizzas. I tried to talk things out with the general manager and got met with the rudest behavior i've ever recieved from a domino's employee. Only after 10 minutes did i get an offer for the pizzas to be replaced and was told i'd have to wait for 20 other orders to get delivered first. Never have i ever been treated this poorly. Honestly put me off from ever eating at a domino's again."

"Alberto was really helpful and kind when I called to ask questions about placing a large order for my son’s birthday party. All of our pizzas were ready on time, fresh, and exactly what we asked for. Alberto was friendly and happy to help when we arrived to carry out our order. The restaurant was clean and still helping other customers in a timely manner, even with our order taking up so much time and space. Alberto helped to make this part of our day so much easier."

"I ordered a pizza online for delivery. I called the store immediately after placing my order to make a change to it. I forgot to change the sauce to marinara and my kids find the house sauce too spicy. I called them, holding for at least 10 minutes each call, for over an hour, and they never picked up the phone. According to the tracker in the app, Alberto had been preparing my pizza, and the expected delivery time was 18-25 minutes. It stayed that way from the time ordered all the way through the time I finally loaded the kids in the car and drove to the store. When I arrived, I expected to see 1 or 2 employees at most, since they were too busy to answer the phone. That was not the case. There were at least 5 employees behind the counter, and the phone was ringing - while I was still on hold with them for 12 minutes that time! The girl at the counter told me they were busy and had some call outs, but there were definitely enough people in there to keep pizzas moving through the oven. I had called two other Dominos in the area trying to figure out how to get in touch with the Steven's store and they both answered their phones despite sounding busy as well. I couldn't believe it. Obviously, I canceled my order and got a refund. Their pizza isn't great to begin with, so it was a once a year order for me. I'll never order from them again after tonight though."
