"Employees have always been great here and the service is typically quick, even when they’re short staffed! The reason for the low star rating, is because the drive thru is closed way too often. Usually when this is the case, I’ll just go in and order. However, today I could do neither. The drive thru was blocked off and after pulling around, I could see the drive thru window had been busted out (an all too common occurrence for area businesses, sadly), so I parked and decided to go in. Couldn’t even do that! Doors locked, lights out and not even a sign explaining why they’re closed, nor when they’d reopen. You’d think, especially during lunchtime, they’d at least have the lobby open or let customers know when they plan to reopen. I’ve pretty much given up on this location."
"This was the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Let's start with the first statement. It is a restaurant, yes, but not fast by any means. We ordered in drive thru and waited a long time. Large fish strips combo. Roast beef sandwich Large lemonade Caramel cookie The order taker was not polite When we picked up the order, the fish strips were missing, the roast beef sandwich was cold. The large lemonade seemed to be very small so I asked, the snarky order taker if the lemonade was really a large, she smirked and said yes. We paid and decided to eat in the car. The fish strips were missing, my cookie became peanut butter. We went around and told the person about the fish strips and the sandwich. We got both. Had to go back a third time, because the fish strips were cold. And they had to cook it again. As we were waiting, I asked the employee whether my drink was a large. She said, No, and proceeded to get a large drink. I never did the caramel cookie, she said they had run out. The cookie was horrible. Now, you ask, is this end of this story? Nope, it gets better. I went home and called. I supposedly talked to the shift manager. After I told her everything that happened, I stated I wanted to talk to the store manager. After which she told me the store manager was going to be at different stores and would not be able to respond in a timely manner. I asked the name. This really happened. She said, Hello,.hello are you there? So after I asked the name of the manager, all of a sudden, the phone doesn't work? Really? I may have to start going to anywhere else. Not acceptable."
"Food was as expected. However every single table was dirty, there were zero diners when we arrived. No one greeted or said hello from when we walked in until we had been standing at the counter for over 6 minutes. There were several employees "canoodling/cuddling/smooching" in the lobby during our dine in which was odd. Never once did someone come out to clean tables or wipe. Honestly there just seemed to be a real lack of leadership. The food was good and well prepared. I would not recommend dining in here."
"Worst drive through ever. The young girl working the window was on her phone the entire time. Even had to wait for her to finish her conversation before I got my food. Then to get home and find the worst beef and cheddar ever made. My large fry cups half full, half the sauce I asked for. Pretty sad to spend $50 somewhere and get this horrible of a product and service. On top of it all no receipt in my bag. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed of the quality of service and food sold here."
"Good, quick, safe service. Location is easy to access and looks reasonably busy, which is always a good sign. No indoor dining at this time. Staff looked to be all masked up and following state guidelines. And of course my big beef sandwich was excellent! Would come again. Olympic Otter"
