"Had a fantastic time at this restaurant, recommended by my husband. Finally made it after a long overdue visit, and it was well worth it! We tried their Grande Nachos, and they were absolutely delicious, with generous portions perfect for two. The nachos and dips served at the start were a delightful bonus. The staff is friendly, though parking nearby can be a bit challenging. There's public parking a few feet away at an hourly rate if needed. Highly recommend! There's no reservations required for Happy hours, just walk in."

"UPDATED REVIEW 10/17/23: After a less than stellar 1st impression MATADOR BALLARD has come to the table and have rectified our experience. “Will” the bartender took great care of us. Our food was well prepared, hot, flavourful and reasonably priced. It goes to show that ROBIN & team are committed to both great service and great food. Waited 20 minutes @ the bar, two in the afternoon, not one person (customers) @ the bar, no service, we left. They obviously need more staff!"

"Amazing vibe , the best thing about this place is that it has happy hours from 10 to close and they have free chips and salsa on the house , their margaritas are also amazing with all the Mexican style margaritas and happy hour in it makes it a to go place!! They have good food options also with the drinks.."

"It is one of the famous Mexican cuisine restaurants in Seattle. The taste was good and there were no comments on that. Seat capacity is limited and it will be crowded and we have to wait an average of 30 to 40 minutes in the evening time. Quantity will be high and so be conscious of ordering too many items. They have few seating outside the restaurant and that ambience is very good."
