Evergreens

"I’ve eaten at Evergreens for years at their various downtown Seattle locations and this airport one is on par with the rest. However they recently changed their policy on mixing the salad and dressing together for you. They now refuse to combine everything together so it’s ready to eat out of the container. Knowing that mixing my salad in the tiny bowl would be an issue during my flight, myself and other patrons started mixing everything together in the main terminal area. Not ideal. I wish they would mix everything for you so it’s ready to eat when I get on the plane."

"One of the few healthier options at the airport. You can order online for pick up. I like the make your own salad option. Most entrée without a drink here will cost about $18-$20 after taxes . The protein seem kind of low quality. The steak had no flavor. It feels about subway level. The line moves relatively quick. The cashier was busy chatting and wasn't ready to ring me up so had to tell me order. This restaurant is located towards/closer to A gate."

"Taste so fresh and yummy definitely my go to when I have a layover in Seattle. The employees could be a little more cheerful but it’s not a deal breaker prices are similar to a grab and go salad at the airport at a way fresher taste and more food"

"I was truly grateful for Evergreens' extended hours until 10 PM, unlike other restaurants that claim to be open until 10 but close their doors to new customers around 9:30. This establishment perfectly catered to my preferences, allowing me to craft a delicious vegan and gluten-free bowl that satisfied my cravings. I want to express my appreciation to the dedicated staff who worked tirelessly on Christmas night. Despite the holiday, everyone was efficient and helpful, contributing to a positive dining experience."

"Kind people, standard pricing for Seattle/Airport food. I had a warm Fast and Curryoud bowl. One bowl is definitely enough food for two people."
