The seaweed was very delicate and not chewy at all, which I love! Bento box had a lot of variety! It came with a choice of protein (katsu, teriyaki, beef, etc) two gyozas, 1 shrimp tempura, mixed vegetable tempura, rice, and a side salad which came with one of the best vinaigrettes I've ever had in my life!
