MOD Pizza

"The food is almost never good. The crust is always undercooked or burnt. They upcharge THREE DOLLARS for gluten free crust like its a choice and not a dietary requirement for some. They also upcharge the same amount for gluten free "bread sticks" which are just thin burnt crust with cheese on the top - literally tasted like eating burnt cardboard, only harder to chew. We end up spending $40+ for 3 people to get pizza, more than buying a couple of pizzas from anywhere else that would feed the WHOLE family [5+]"

"Today I ordered pizzas from my favorite pizza spot, Mod Pizza at 10427 Gravelly Lake Dr SW, Suite 102, Lakewood, WA 98499. I got all my pizzas home, 4 in total, and dropped one. It flipped out of the box and fell face down on the ground. I called the store and spoke to Natalie. I told he about my dilemma and asked if they do pizza forgiveness like another well-known pizza restaurant. I wouldn’t have been upset if they didn’t. But to my surprise, Natalie graciously agreed to remake/replace the pizza which I had dropped free of charge. I really appreciated her kindness, professionalism and dedication to satisfying the customer even though she didn’t have a responsibility to do so. Thank you, Natalie, and the rest of the team at the Lakewood Town Center Mod Pizza. I’ll Be Back!!!"

"First time visiting, I got lunch with my husband and mom. I made a self build pizza, w/ cauliflower crust, garlic rub, spinach, mozzarella, chicken and artichoke whereas my husband got the Calexico and my mom got the Caspian w/ mushrooms. It was pretty busy lots of people were waiting but the employees acknowledged us and got through the line pretty fast. We will be visiting again for sure! The food was well cooked and yummy."

"LOVE being able to add unlimited toppings to my pizza while the price doesnt change. Customer service is great except for one employee who is very monotone, doesnt say much of anything besides 'anything else?' and WILL NOT hold a conversation with you even if you begged. Not a terrible person but customer service isn't for everybody."
