Jack in the Box

"Typical jack in the box food. Employees were pretty rude during my last visit. I placed my order on the app and they claimed it was already picked up and acted like I was lying. I had to show them my phone and they claimed the other person did the same. They finally decided they must have switched 2 mobile orders (obviously) before the would remake my food."

"I went to this location to get some food at 1:00am, Darin( I probably spelt that wrong) was very nice, took my order immediately and got my food out fast. You usually don't get that late at night. Thanks bro!"

"They will steal your money if you accidentally order to them on the mobile app. I placed an order 10/20/23, but i accidentally sent it to this location. I wasn’t at this location I was at the one by my work. The one by my work told me to call this store to get a refund. The lady I spoke to said they never received my order, then proceeded to mark it complete on the app. I never got my money refunded. You can’t escalate in the app either so I’m out $13 and no food."

"I order a chicken teriyaki bowl and it came with no sauce and it was super small I did ask for extra sauce on it however the staff working there put two sauces packets in the bag But No Sauce on the rice bowl they have to put Sauce in the bowl and the give two packages of Extra Sauce will not be coming back highly disappointed"

"The place was clean, bathrooms are clean and staff were nice and friendly. I usually order with something added on, or taken off and they got the order right. The service was fast. My visit was during the time period when there was snow on the ground and the walk ways and parking lots were cleared nicely. The soda machine is cool, but the flavors seem to mix with other flavors. For example if I select a plain coke, I can still taste the other fruity flavors mixed in. So that is something coke machine people may need to look into."
