"The staff started the order with "what do you want" and was rude the entire time. She didn't even have the balls to look me in the face and had someone else take my payment. I waited 20 minutes parked for my food. HOWEVER, the food was so damn good I feel like I need to go back and apologize to her for being rude to me. I apologize. I did not realize it was apart of the process."

"Honestly it was a good experience, but by the time it took to get our food and figure everything out because of the terrible phone app and get home, the food was cold. The staff grumbled a bit that we "charged" our order but only because the app doesn't have options or even a box to type stuff in."

"Fabulous service! I talked with shift supervisor about the new promo hot wings and the conversation was informative and friendly. I felt like I was talking to an old friend. This place has very good vibes! I’m making the switch to come here from now on to satisfy my chicken cravings."

The employees that work there do not care about what they serve you and how their customer service is. I advise you to go elsewhere if you’re starving."

"Made a mobile order since I had a foot procedure, making it difficult to walk. Came through the drive thru just to be told I had to come in for security reasons. They could not even bring the food I've already paid for out to me at one of the many empty mobile parking spots. Apparently they are there for decoration? So I went in and asked what security reasons meant. I was told other people are taking other peoples orders alot and that the drive thru cameras don't work. She said her boss told her to tell customers security reasons. I would have been more than happy to provide my order confirmation, myID, or even the card I used to pay. Just crazy and when I went in I grabbed my order and could have easily taken someone else's that was just sitting out there up front so how is that any more secure? Because you might have me on camera. Weird but if you're too broke to fix your cameras then maybe charge more than 10 dollars for an 8 piece? Oh and the food was and oily mess. I'll go elsewhere next time."
