"Jay and Dennis are awesome! I went to Harbor Frieght to buy a hole-saw but the kit came factory with the wrong chuck peieces to fit my dewalt drill. I was worried about taking my dewalt drill I had just purchased from Milton Ace on Sunday in the store. I didn't want anyone to think I had stollen it, as crime for these tools is insane around this town. But Jay assured me I could bring it in to make sure the chuck would fit. Dennis was able to find me a hole-saw that not only worked with my drill, it did a great job at the task. Twice now Ace has left me with great customer service on a great product. Thank you Jay and Dennis! Coming to Ace saves me time and headache."

"Just overall bad service. I'll keep my business with Home Depot. I wouldn't come here if you're brown or black. You'll be treated as if you're stealing or like you have a disease or something. I had my husband find someone to do a paint match and the lady looked at him like he was disgusting. I kept getting asked if I needed help when I was just looking at the military pins because my husband serves. They also don't do military discount on top of stuff that's already on sale. So in my opinion it's best to stick with Home Depot. Where you're actually treated like a customer and not a criminal."
