"I needed to get some last-minute item to complete a project tonight. I called Home Depot at 9:47 pm to see if they’re open they said they stay open until 10 PM. I show up at 9:56 and they said they were closed. All of them were just sitting there doing absolutely nothing and talking under their breath Because I told him staying open till 10 means customers have till 10 o’clock to shop and check out. I needed one thing… and I would’ve paid cash and I would’ve let them keep the change. I cannot stand lazy people you Chose to work a Customer Service position, So give the customer Service!!!!"
