"We ordered at about 5pm with an anticipated delivery of 5:40pm. As of 6, we were upset as we had 10 kids getting anxious and no explanation for the delay. I tried calling several times, however, anytime I got an ACTUAL LIVE PERSON, they would transfer me elsewhere to sit on hold. We waited over 45 minutes to get our food with nothing else. I couldn’t yell at the 16year old driver but when I saw him, I was fuming, he was a kid though. Do better, just pick up the phone and talk to people. It would’ve been a different story if someone had let us know what was going on but this store likes to automate what shouldn’t be automated."
