McDonald's 14900 Pacific Avenue South, Spanaway, WA 98444

"Ok so this one is hard to post. I haven't been to a McDonald's in about 10 yrs. Used to work for them and was my childhood spot however with the things I know about the company I do not eat there... But off topic. I actually stopped to use the bathroom and since my favorite drink is HiC orange I figured the only way to use the restroom was to buy a drink. To start off the parking lot looked amazingly clean. The front door has a foot pedal door opener YES... Great idea. When I walked in they had kiosk machines and I was like ok not sure what to do. This beautiful lady came over and said give me a sec I will show you . I asked to use the restroom. It was clean clean clean. The restaurant was clean. Turned out the lady helping me was the manager and when I left she was taking an order out and I had the opportunity to talk to her. This woman is a beautiful soul who has done a great job with her restaurant and though I won't eat the food I will be stopping in for Hi C orange drink and McDonald's you should know it is all this beautiful ladies doing.. I wish I could remember her name as soon as I do I will add it as she deserves a raise n praise...."

"I absolutely love MC Donald's! But I had the most worst service in my life at this particular restaurant. I was shorted a 10 piece chicken nugget when I came through drive through late night on my Harley on New Year's Eve. By the time I had gotten home it was almost midnight, I was pretty damn cold and I figured the restaurant was closed and I didn't think I was required to do anything in particular to get what I paid for. Fast forward to the 1st of the new year. I've got a hangover and I am running errands. I decide to try and swing by MC Donald's to get the ten piece owed to me and was treated like I was trying to rip them off and was talked to like we was in highschool about to fight. I never have been treated so poorly in my entire life. What happened to service with a smile??"

"We got there and it seemed like all the computers were down (accepting cash only, no receipt, could not use rewards codes, etc.) and on top of that they weren't serving fries for some reason, which led us to have to completely rethink our order. When we inevitably had to change things we'd ordered, the employee was sassy with us in response. After waiting in the drive thru line for about half an hour, we get to the window only to be told that they have our order to a different car in front of us. So now we wait another 20 minutes for our new order to be ready and not only is the food not even warm, but there are an assortment of items in our bag that we didn't even order (probably the car behind us order if I had to guess). Have been to this location a number of times (all mediocre visits) but this was by far the worst experience."

"I don’t leave reviews however, my team and I came for our lunch break on 11/30/2023 at 2pm and our team lead ended up never receiving his order and having to demand for a refund. He is usually a very easy going and understanding kind of person so the fact that he had to demand for his refund really got to me. The manager is very unprofessional and seems as if she was only doing minimum possible. And the communication between employees was hardly there. I used to work in food service for a couple years so I definitely know how things usually are however this was very disappointing."

"First, the play place is AWESOME. There's an actually-good toddler area as well as a bigger kids area... AND musical toys, AND two computer kiosks with 1-2-player games. We went there pretty late and the guy on shift was really nice. Plus, maybe it was him or maybe we just got lucky-- fresh nuggets and fries! The play area needed to be swept, but I understand that since we *did* show up at like 9pm lol. The bathrooms were clean as well."
