"I'd give ZERO if I could. Still in shock writing this post. Ordered a fish filet and fries to get home to open this. A warm giant pack of, who knows what. How is this acceptable? How is this place still in business? What kind of employees and management is over seeing this? After talking to the manager he apologized and only refunded my money for the sandwich. Not the rest of my meal and the drive time to and from home for the inconvenience. While in the waiting room I wanted to express to the others to make sure they check their order before they leave. One guy said "oh ya they mess up all the time." And I said I'm sure they do but this is bad. It's not like forgetting to take off the tomato. This place needs to be investigated and employee reprimanded. This is NOT acceptable for anyone. This was deliberate!. All I got in return was a sorry. A return of 5.05 cents and a coupon for another free sandwich. Be aware of this location."

"This location is extremely slow. Very understocked. The other day they did not have French fries. Today I waited in the drive through for a long time and then was parked for four breakfast sandwiches and four hash browns. They told me to park in parking spot #1. Parking spot #1-2 and the other 3-6 are on opposite sides of the parking lot and I didn’t see the parking spot #1-2 even after driving around the parking lot. This location needs some help."

"Ordered on line and was informed that it was going to take over a hour for the food to be ready for the delivery person. Some was undercooked (chicken nuggets) items. Then the burger meat was dried out from sitting in the warmer too long. When I called to complain about it, I talked to one manager, and then I was "disconnected." I called back, and for a manager and then a different person said that they were the manager. When I started to discuss my issues, he said I needed to talk with a different manager. So then I was discussing my issues with a 3rd manager!!!! We talked about my issues, and the next thing she said was "well have a nice day," and hung up on me without resolving the situation. I had to contact the corporate office to get my complaint resolved. After all, how sick can you get from under cooked chicken nuggets and how nasty they taste. This is the worst McDonald's in the area. Shared with a gas station/convenience store plus gas pumps. I don't recommend any food because there's no pride or quality control in the products they put out. Make sure to lock your doors even in the drive-thru. If you do go in make sure you have your shoes tied or they might come of because the floor is that sticky."

"Maybe it’s our own fault for continuing to go to this location despite the fact there is always at least 1 error, it’s now that tonight when my husband came home, he realized we were missing nearly half our large order. Usually we take the hit but with SO FREAKING MUCH MISSING, he drove all the way back. He tells them all that was missing (Big Mac and like 3 different burgers and 20 piece nugget). They gave the burgers and refused to give the nuggets and the lady he spoke to had the audacity to imply that they couldn’t give the nuggets because “some people lie…not implying you’re lying though!!”! How freaking rude. But like I said, probably our fault for continuing to go to this location but after those screw up, guarantee we won’t anymore. If you’re too lazy to make the nuggets then at least give us our friggen money back."

"My order with 4 items (mcdouble, mcchicken, medium fry and LG sweet tea) took over 30 minutes fast food is supposed to be exactly that fast. If you are experiencing a delay (it wasn't busy so don't know why it took so long) let people know when they order. I would have just gone somewhere else"
