"They forgot to give me a straw so I opened my cup and was drinking from it. Looked at the ice a little harder and noticed there was black stuff frozen in the ice… poured out my drink and found this… absolutely disgusting."

"They have a deal now for two Whopper Juniors for 5$ got my Whopper jrs and to laugh. Thought it was a deal till I saw how much they shrunk the size of them. If they shrink this burger any smaller it would disappear completely. These corporations and their greed is getting so out of control it's really embarrassing. Rather than their ceo's and shareholders taking a little less so the employees that generate their millions can have a semi decent wage they jack the prices up and shrink the burgers down to child size. It's disgusting."

"I don’t eat fast food often but I had a really long day “in town” and still had an hour’s drive to get home. I was hungry. Decided to order a whopper, the value-menu fries and that mango drink (can’t remember exact name of it). The young lady who took my order was very pleasant and the young man who gave me my order was also polite, attentive and prompt. Was so nice to experience good service as sadly it’s harder to find in recent years. That mango drink was delicious and refreshing and the French fries were hands down the best ones I’ve ever had at a fast food place (again, I don’t eat at these places often but I know what they usually taste like). Every.single.fry was crisp and delicious. Whoever is in charge of this place, pat your employees on the back and tell them they are doing a great job."

"Absolute waste of my time. I stood at the register while the server screwed around in the back. He finally came up front after the drive through person hollered at him for the 3rd time. He asked if I had been helped. I said no and we have been here for a while. He took my order and walked away, and began to screw around again. Good thing I did not slide my card to pay... I just walked out... again what a waste of my time."
