"Honest, professional and knowledgeable. After taking my vacuum twice to Quality Sewing and being told there was not a problem with my vacuum and it was my imagination. I brought it to Big Vac, and they immediately started working on my vacuum, by taking off the bottom plate. It definitely had a clog and it proved that the technician at Quality Sewing did not take the effort to do this step. I highly recommend this business not only for their integrity but also they charged me 1/2 of what Quality Sewing charged me for this repair."

"I've been using a frustrating, broken, carpet shampooer for nearly 2 years because the handle busted. I stopped in there, and spent about 15 minutes searching for the same tank as my machine had with help from an awesome associate whose name I didn't get, but she had me squared away with a brand new tank for less than 15 dollars. I've been thrilled with the purchase. Definitely going to be doing any vacuum related shopping there!"

"Great place in the past. Bought all the parts I needed to install our Beam system during the original construction of our home. And they were always helpful with any problems over the past 16 years. A couple weeks ago I needed some parts and was there mid morning at their opening time, on the door h website. Deserted. After about 20 minutes I called & left a message. Crickets....never received a call back. Ordered the parts on line. But did have a bridge tool & a couple gallons of gas to get there. Disappointed."

"I have an older vacuum that still takes bags. Ive had my vacuum serviced and repaired here and it's lasted me 25 years! Don't buy a vacuum with plastic parts or you'll be buying one every other year! Metal will last forever.
