"There are no words to describe how wonderful the staff in this shop are. I was having a horrible morning. I lost a close friend yesterday, and It took everything in me to even leave the house this morning. I had never tried their bagels but had heard amazing things, and I really needed something good to start my day. I placed my order, and after the cashier sent it back to the kitchen, I realized I didn't have my wallet. I wanted to curl up and cry right there, and I just about did. These angels still gave me my bagel—no guilt trip, no "just this once." The amazing woman behind the counter told me, "Everyone deserves kindness; all we ask is that you pass it on." It may seem silly to cry over a bagel, but I started sobbing like a baby when I got in my car. They had no idea what was happening in my life, but they still chose to do that for me. You have no idea how much that gesture meant to me. I really, really needed that today. I still have not found my wallet, but I have a damn good breakfast sandwich!! I will absolutely be coming back to this shop (with money, of course). Excellent people. Incredible food. Amazing business model. Thank you so much! :)"

"This was my first time visiting this establishment. I'm from Brooklyn, I'm Jewish and I used to work in a bagel shop. So they nailed the density of the bagel but there was too much Chew. Very Very Chewy. I would love to know if they allowed a 24-hour fermentation, boiled in an alkaline solution, stream ovens, trays or screens? Will I go back? Nah"

"We saw the bagel of the month, beetroot and rye for February 2024, and the horseradish cream cheese online and had to go try it. I haven't had a bagel that good since I left the east coast. Amazing texture and great flavours! We got breakfast sandwiches that were delicious and a variety of bagels to take home. We've been pleased with everything we got. The staff was attentive and on top of things. It's a bit of a drive for us but it was well worth it!"

"I ordered a jalapeno cheddar bagel with veggie schmear and it was delectable. The bagel had a nice crunchy shell with an insanely soft fluffy inside. Veggie schmear deliciously complimented the spicy bagel. Will definitely go back when I’m in town again! Also the staff was super sweet and had great energy."

"Wow. Great place. I brought my client here for coffee and had to leave with the chicken Thai bagel sandwich oh my goodness so good!! Was great to sit in there n chat with my client too, cozy and very clean bathroom too!! Love this place, Grateful I stumbled across it"
