"Kimball Coffee House IS the finest establishment in Gig Harbor to get coffee. It doesn't go unnoticed that as soon as you open the door, you are greeted by staff and a welcoming atmosphere. Growing up watching the show Friends, I've always yearned to enjoy coffee or tea in a warm environment where everyone knows your name. Somewhere, you can bring your long-time friends, meet new people, have business meetings, and a casual place to work or just enjoy a cup of coffee on your own. The coffee is amazing! I have often struggled with gut issues as well as being somewhat of a softie to caffeine consumption. I don't know what they put in their coffee (other than TLC), but I never have any issues. I even consistently order Americano's now! Everyone I have brought to try Kimball Coffeehouse falls in love with it. I haven't had any meals or pastries sold that I haven't thoroughly enjoyed. I have a laundry list of great things to say about my favorite coffee house but I'll just say, if you haven't been there...you're missing out on something truly unique and special to Gig Harbor."

"The breakfast burrito was good, but I will get something else next time. Not the best one I have had/made. The hot coco was very weak coco flavor. Will get that elsewhere. The staff was very friendly, seating was great. Atmosphere is very upbeat- if you are looking for somewhere quiet, not here. Cozy little coffee shop."

"This is a real gem of a place. The food is great, quick, and nicely portioned. Lots of great options for snacks and drinks. I love coming here to work. The staff is friendly and acts like they're actually happy you're here. Haven't made it to the live music yet, but love that they do that here."

"I go weekly for the music. The staff is very friendly and the music acts are top notch. Open mic on Thursday has acts that play 2 songs each, and each act is better than the next. A featured group plays on Friday and they never disappoint. Music is popular and you better show up early.... The owner has a presence and he's outgoing and proactive. Fun to support such a well run business."

"Great local place to avoid the generic coffee chain blah. Baristas are friendly and capable. Music/entertainment offered some evenings. Parking can get crowded at times due to proximity to other businesses. A great coffee house."
