"BEST food, BEST coffee, BEST employees! I would give them 10 stars if I could. Each employee makes an effort to treat you like family and you are greeted with a smile at each visit. I look forward to each morning I get to see Meghan and Hannah and the rest of the team. Every drink I get is delicious and they have a great selection of pastries, crepes, sandwiches and more. Occasions will always have my business!"
"I was super excited to try a place my friend spoke very highly of. I had read both the outside board and inside menus and when I was greeted and asked what I'd like to order I commented that it was my first time (I meant this with excitement, not confusion and already knew what I wanted) I was asked if I wanted a menu and replied "no I can read" jokingly. The girl ringing in orders and the barista openly showed their disgust with my reply. The girl ringing walked to the back behind a wall while the barista made what I requested to be an Americano with extra cream. I apologized for offending her when she brought my drink to the counter and she told me "it was your tone" I then asked if she had gotten the extra cream which she had not and offered to give me some seperate which I didn't want as I wanted it in my drink so it was drinkable and not scalding hot. While I waited for my food another customer came in and asked how everyone's day was going, the girl ringing proceeded to say she tries to bring her customer service but doesn't get it back. I clearly had ruined her day. My friend finally arrived and I was explaining to her how delicious my crepe was but the customer service was offensive and the batista walked out to give her the drink she'd ordered. I said to the girl trying again to make the situation better that I had not intended to offend either of them and she didn't say a word and walked away. If it wasn't for the girl making the crepes being extremely friendly and delightful I wouldn't have tipped. I spent $23 on a delicious monte cristo crepe, mushroom soup, and an Americano. I really would want to go in again if it wasn't for such a terrible first experience over not wanting a menu."
"Good food, good prices, pleasant employees - just beware of special requests... the last couple times I ordered a vampire grilled cheese I asked for ham on it, the first time it was forgotten to be rung up as such but when I noticed and said something the lady tossed it on. The second time it was rung up but when I got back to work it was not in the sandwich. I'd give this place an easy 5 stars all around if simple requests could be followed through with."
"THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! The staff are cordial and thorough- even with complex orders the crepes always come out fluffy yet crispy, with delectable insides like their lemon curd or seasonal berry crepes. Even their savory crepes like the ham egg and cheese is not overly salty or oily- but packed with high quality meats and wrapped in a perfectly crisped crepe. Their coffees are also to die for! Never burnt, their roast is top notch and again, the staff always get my order right. The owner took the time to ask me about my day. Meghan has taken my orders a few times with a 100% success rate even if we’re getting three or four crepes and coffees. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!"
